Requirement for Self-Collection & Return by Client

Bouncy Kids (Hong Kong) Limited offers self-collection & return service to customers for all our bouncy castles (except wet and commercial bouncy castles) listed on our website and they are subject to the availability on the rental day.  

  

Rental Period : 24 hours    

Collection Time : 11:00am on Party Date  

Return Time : 11:00am on the Date After the Party        

Location : Unit L, 3/F, Effort Industrial Building, 2-8 Kung Yip Street, Kwai Chung, N.T.

Notes:

​

• A refundable HK$1,000 deposit is required for each bouncy castle hired. The refund cheque will be mailed to hirer's home address within 7 to 10 working days after returning all rental units in good condition.

• A daily surcharge of HK$800 will be levied if the bouncy castle and other units hired are not returned by the designated return time (11:00am).

• The hirer must report the problem area on the bouncy castle or blower within 2 hours after collecting the rental unit from BOUNCY KIDS warehouse by calling us on 9228-5772, so that we can provide the best solution to the issue at the sole discretion of Bouncy Kids.

• 1 electric blower and 4 pcs of safety mats (60cm by 60cm each) are included.

• For the party with ten kids or more, two bouncers or larger-size bouncer is suggested. 

• Electricity outlet is required for continuously inflating the bouncer. 

• Parents' or adults' supervision is required and necessary at all times. 

• Please note the venue's size and ceiling height.

• For hygiene reason, please remove all objects inside the bouncy castle before returning.

• Bouncy castle can't be set up outdoor if the raining is forecasted on the party date.

• Bouncy castle is only for kid's private party use.

• Colourful balls are not included and the hirer can rent it separately.
